Sales Director (Russia)

Опыт работы от 3 до 6 лет, высшее образование, английский разговорный, водительские права категории B
Должностные обязанности:
Main duties and responsibilities:
 establishing and developing a strong commercial relationship with clients in the DIY sector, managing long-term relations with the multiples,
 sales organization and sales team development,
 creating and implementing new solutions for sales,
 organizing and providing high quality customer service,
 organizing team work,
 setting targets and fulfilling the sales budgets.
Требования:
Requirements:
 higher education,
 min. 3 years of experience selling to multiple DIY customers,
 experience in building products or decorative industries,
 very good knowledge of English and Russian,
 focus on goals achievement, ability to work under pressure of time, excellent organizational skills,
 driving license (category B) – willingness to travel,
 management and organization skills,
 negotiation skills,
 self – motivation.
 products and market knowledge & sales rules understanding.
