Ownership of the eMobi Billing Platform vision and product roadmap, driven by input from consumers, clients, competitors and internal stakeholders.
Manage key aspects of the product from strategic planning to deployment, bug handling, and optimization.
Determine the market needs through primary and secondary market research.
Research competitor practices and pricing to ensure that eMobi offering is ahead of the competition.
Engage with all stakeholders to ensure successful development and launch of new features and functionalities
Prepare financial models and ensure products and related services drive optimal profit.
Develop pricing and/or feature functionality enhancements to drive product innovation based on industry trends.
Define detailed business requirements and product specifications for both new products as well as enhancements to existing solution.
Review detailed technical designs to ensure product requirements are being met.
Develop and maintain product descriptions that describe offering, including how the products work from start to finish. Where appropriate, include flowcharts in the product description document.
Establish annual goals and objectives and develop management reports to track progress.
Partner with an international team through the development process using Scrum methodologies and tools.
3+ years of digital product development and management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering product market fit. Experience working on digital products within a startup environment is a plus.
Payment Services (telecommunications, banking or credit card) industry experience preferred.
Understanding of and experience working with web and mobile technology in the context of payments architecture and infrastructure and how to use it to provide competitive advantage for product development, brand management, and/or superior client experience.
Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves’ can do attitude.
Data-driven user center design approach to product development and management, with demonstrated ability to own products that balance and anticipate various users’ needs.
Experience working in agile development environment and leading / collaborating with engineers, scrum teams, UX designers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to deliver executive level presentations that communicate strategy and vision of the product for multiple lines of business across the organization.
Master’s Degree a plus but not required. Bachelor degree required.
Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds from multiple time zones.
