Responsibility:
1. Establish and manage client relationships with brands and agencies;
2. Drive deals to closure;
3. Retain and grow revenue from advertisers;
4. Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service;
5. Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sale
1. Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on products to deliver measurable results for clients;
2. Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by ByteDance;
3. Analyze data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and ByteDance’s marketing solutions
1. Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish;
2. Manage internal account operations including accounts set up etc.
3. Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and problems
Requirements and skills:
1. BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field;
2. Three to eight years of experience in advertising sales and development, or a related sales support function;
3. Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics; experience in working with cross-functional teams;
5. Fluent in English; Russian native;
6. Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights;
7. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit;
8. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
