Technical Support Manager will be in contact with TrackAd’scustomers. You will help them to understand, internalize and experience the value of TrackAd throughout the duration of their journey with our company. Your role will be to support internal and external user, to find smart solutions for complex problems, to contribute his own ideasand to push forward our products as a whole. Your knowledge in development will allow you to find fast solution or to provide all information to the development team to improve the product.
