- I had installed the preparing and decisions making business process in the Regional Directorates and Operating Companies.
- I had worked out the training presentations of the preparing and decisions making business process.
- I had trained top management of the Regional Directorates and Operating Companies.
- I had tuned-up an effective administrative cooperation with consumer company in the field of the contract approving, finance transactions monitoring, coordination of the joint activity.
- I had moderated ROADMAP creation meetings in the Regional Directorates and Operating Companies (over 10 strategy sessions).

Position’s duties: The primary goal of my current position is a creation of the corporate development organizational projects in the Russian nuclear industry (elaboration of the business-groups models), development of realization methodology of the main Association’s goal.
Executing of the sub-tasks:
- Information-analytical researching of the nuclear industry situation, key players strategical positions, prognosis and estimations of the possible changes.
- Analytical researching of the national and international experience in the field of the business group creation. Analytical researching of the law problems in the Russian nuclear industry, elaborations of the organizational and law solution's projects.
- Elaboration of the Association’s main activity documents, methodology for the execution of the tasks.
- Organization of the general meetings of the Association members and decisions realization, the organization meetings of working groups, coordination of the activity and consolidation of the working groups’ participant’s positions.
- Interaction with advisers and consultants, statement of the research and practical tasks, development of the corresponding organizational-legal documents.
Results and achievements:
`I had formulated the basic internal methodology of the project.
`I had created: a package of the compromise offers in conditions of the differing and uncertain positions of the Association’s members in the relation for the primary project goal; algorithms of the key methodological and practical project realization steps.
`I had worked out: an economical and mathematical models for an estimation of the synergy effects in the integrated enterprises group; legal and organizational mechanisms of the enterprise’s joint activity.
`I had prepared the offers to the state authorities about improvement of the nuclear industry corporate structure and management system.

Position’s duties: Estimating of the possibility and necessary of start-up EUROMET’s nuclear branch projects. Elaboration of the main solutions in EUROMET’s nuclear branch project realization. Managing of the realization steps of the projects.
Results and achievements:
As the primary goal of the agency agreement execution between EUROMET GmbH and TENEX company, I had created:
- The principals of state reservation of the Fresh Nuclear Fuel (FNF).
- The analytical estimation of the EUROMET’s directions in the projects of the Spent Nuclear Fuel (SNF) field.
- The offers of the reorganization of the management system and corporate structure of the Minatom’s (today - Rosatom) group of the enterprises.
As the secondary goal in the task of the “MARGANETS-KOMI” JSC (mining company) due diligence preparing, I had elaborated an economical and mathematical model of this mining company.
