► Extensively experienced in development of RICEW components, XML Reports, OAF, SOA Integration and Data Migration from legacy system to Oracle applications.
► As a Techno-function Lead consultant responsible for offshore delivery, Accountable for an end to end solution that meets business requirements & delivers defined project scope on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.
► Involved in the Detailed Design, Coding & testing for the Implementation of conversions/interfaces.
► Understanding Business Requirement as well as functional document and writing technical document for various components in Purchasing, General Ledger, Account Payables, Order management, CRM modules.
► Involved in software estimation and planning and tracking of activities. Follow ups. Status reporting.
► Prepared and maintain configuration documents (BR100), business requirements documents (RD50), functional design documents (MD50), Conversion Functional Design Document (CV40), technical design documents (MD070) and Conversion Technical Design Documents (CV60)
► Technically expertise to provide expert consultancy in integration and functionality of Accounts Payables (AP), Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, Inventory, CRM, Project Accounting (PA), Order Management (OM), General Ledger (GL), HRMS, Oracle Time Labor (OTL) Application Object Library (AOL), System Administration modules of Oracle Applications.
► Proficient in Programming Using PL/SQL, Reports 6i, Oracle 9i and Importing Information into Oracle Applications through SQL* Loader.
► Worked on Discoverer Reports and Forms Personalization.
► Knowledge on Oracle Apex.
► Good knowledge on CUSTOM.pll
► Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, Versioning, Branching, defect tracking and release management.
► In depth knowledge of applications code tuning methodology.
► Motivated, enthusiastic and self-starting individual with an attitude to meet and exceed expectations.
► Creation and Registration of Reports, Functions, Value Sets, Concurrent programs.
► Good Exposure to Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM 3.0).
► Converting the Client Requirements into Deliverable and Focused on end user/Customer requirements
► Strong knowledge in using Application Object Library (AOL).
► Good understanding and experience in Oracle Concurrent Processing.
► Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
► Proven skills in transforming business requirements into technical specifications.
► Energetic, self-motivated personnel with hands on experience in requirements gathering.
► An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with an ability to relate to people at any level of businessGood working expertise in all the stages of software development life cycle implementation (SDLC).
► Well versed in both back-end database development and front-end client application development.
► Hands on Experience of Order to Cash flow and Procure to Pay flow in Applications.
