Обязанности:
- Sales monitoring considering such figures as: sales plan, customer service rate, “a pair an hour plan”;
- Business trips to regions – taking stocks in shops, control over shops’ functioning, handing business over to new managers;
- Supervision over new shops’ opening and renovation of the existing ones;
- Circulation of documents related to activities of regional retail chain which consisted of 26 outlets in regions;
- Study, correction and monitoring of the approval procedure of contractual documentation by company’s officials;
- Payment memos coordination: rent and others;
- Preparation and further confirmation with company leaders of orders connected with department’s activities, of official letters to contractors;
- Transfer of the subsidiary companies into separate divisions;
- Effective information distribution among regional agents: instructions (orders), reevaluation, price-lists.
Achievements: 6 new outlets opened, 2 renovated.
