Ran Spare Parts Department and Parts warehouse. 12 people reported to me. My responsibilities were: increasing sales, improving business profitability and parts turnover. During this period parts sales were increased in 20%, profit in 50%. These results were achieved using parts warehouse volume less 1.7 times than previous period. I organized buy –back procedure of slow-moving parts by truck manufacture.

I ran parts sales and marketing department. I led sales & marketing by driving and follow up of CST Marketing and Sales plan; developed and managed processes to provide proper customer level of parts availability from regional warehouse and at Dealer network; created and followed up an yearly Parts Business Plan; provided direct support to Dealers/ Sub- Dealers to archive sales targets; managed own staff and secured necessary competence within the team; created and maintained a local price list securing profit and other KPIs; supported DMS and other IT- systems to secure management of aftersales business; Dealer development support (training) in terms of parts operation and stock management including re-fill systems. I updated sections of CIS CST Policy & Procedure Manual; supported marketing activities with parts packages; managed stock levels and stock turnover; set KPIs and controled the work within Parts Business; parts purchases; staff employment; department staff expenses and overtime.
Starting from the date when I took up this position, parts sales increased 1.72 times; parts availability changed from 79% to 92%; back- orders quantity decreased 2 times.

I worked on start-up project of Mack Trucks spare parts distribution from central warehouse in Moscow and spare parts delivery from US. I participated in development of spare parts ordering interface for Mack. I trained dealers on Mack Trucks' products, polices and procedures, interacted with potential dealers and wholesales customers to make contracts regarding spare parts delivery. I got certificates and other documents for spare parts shipments. I worked out the Russian market dealer price - list and prepared initial spare parts stock order.

I tracked and made spare parts sales analysis of IVECO dealers in Russia, Belorussia, Kazahstan, Armenia, Azerbaidjan; supported spare parts sales departments creation in new dealerships; checked spare parts availability and customer satisfaction of IVECO consignment warehouse; provided IT-support for CIS dealers in specialized spare parts and warranty programs installations. I trained spare parts managers
in inventory and order management, logistic optimization.
I appointed sale targets and bonuses.
Starting from the date, when I took up Iveco parts specialist position,
parts sales increased 2.2 times and 93% of the dealers now are equipped with specialized soft for parts orders and warranty claims turnover.

I ran spare parts department, which consisted of 3 parts shops, main parts warehouse (1 000 000 USD), consumables and special tools warehouse. Fourteen persons reported to me. I had responsibility for wholesale and retail spare parts sales, gross profit. I have good experience in negotiations and making contracts, managing staff operation, forming range of goods and price policy for parts.
During the period when I was working as Trinity Motors Parts manager, one new parts shop was opened, whole sale distribution network was created, two - shifts personnel operation was implemented. Spare parts sales were increased four times.
