I began the my job on Company's in combining the positions of Brand Manager of Company and Product Manager of Department with the following job’s responsibilities:
1. Building the Company’s Brand (generate and introduce of the ideas).
2. Manage the life of the Direction’s Products (marketing research, initiate the creation of Products and bring them to market).
3. Interact with Customers on the commercial and technical questions, technical support (search and attraction of Clients – factories; engineering, design and OEM companies; dealers and partners), preparation of technical and commercial proposals, conclusion of Contracts).
4. Development and introduction of the ideas for optimization and increase the efficiency of work of Company.
5. Search and develop a new perspective markets.
6. To participate in the organization of work Company and the Direction, work with suppliers of units and services.
7. Organize the Company's participation in exhibitions.
After two months from the beginning of work in the Company, the owner of business has appointed me as Head of Direction for implement of my ideas on the development of Direction, to the above listed duties were added the following responsibilities:
8. Provide an output the Direction from crisis (planning, management, budgeting).
9. Managing Direction’s specialists (at the beginning of work - one design engineer; further expanded the staff - two designer engineers and team of workers on factory).

Some results of my work:
Across the Company:
1. I had researched and suggested to develop of few new market’s niches with an annual turnover of more than $ 90 million.
2. Company has started the design and production of new Product - diesel generators, other Products has also received additional development.
3. I had composed and implemented the new efficient business processes of work of Company's Divisions.
4. I had designed the concept of Company's participation in exhibitions.
Across the Direction:
5. I had developed and implemented the new commercial and technician policy.
6. I had developed and implemented of the new business processes of Direction's work, created and rallied an effective team.
6. The amount of the blowers sales grew by 70%.
7. Annual turnover increased by 2.5 times.
8. New equipment’s has been designed and placed on the market (gas, diesel and vacuum blowers, electric cabinets, containers, service).
