• translations of documents (English, Spanish);
• document turnover (writing business documents, registering incoming and outgoing letters, etc.), working with large volumes of information;
• ensuring that all incoming correspondence is distributed to relevant staff members after registration, as per instructions;
• liaising with internal departments and third parties; monitoring projects, deadlines and follow-up dates;
