- plant production management: maintain safe working conditions, operations personal supervision, efficiency management (people consumption, OEE, TEEP), quality/scrap management, metrics analysis and product/process continuous improvement, interface cross-functionally at all levels within the company, operations budget management, cost optimization and improvement to insure it is best in class
- plant logistics management: I managed following proceses: SIOP (sales&Inventory operations planing), MPS (master production scheduling), MRP (material requirement planing) and procurement (more then 40 suppliers world wide and ~10 in Russia), master data management, capacity planing, stock level management, service level management, operational expences management, customs clearence, transportation, wherehousing, internal logistics, 3 PL provides management.

~no safety intsindents since 2012
~q-ty of the tools changes on IMM machines increased from 9 per day up to 25, as a result of SMED activities, stock of WIP parts decreased by 50% as a consequence, around 600 m2 have been released for the possible new businesses
~new building layout implemented
~OEE of the IMM machines increased from 77 up to 85 % by decreasing tool change over time, and efficiency improvement on IMM production area
~operations overhead cost decreased by 10%
~scrap decreased from 3,3 % from material consumption value down to 2%
~several processes have been improved by continues improvement shop floor sessions, as a result q-ty of direct labors decreased by 20%
