Main Achievements in Amway:

1. Opening of 3 new BSCs in Saratov, Voronezh and Krasnoyarsk
2. Opening of 5 Cash Offices at Amway Regional WHs
3. Opening of 1 PUP and 2 After Sales Service Centers
4. Moving and full re-design & re-formatting of the biggest of BSC in Yekaterinburg
5. Creation & Implementation of BSCs Customer Service Standards, that led to the considerable improvement of the demonstrated Customer Service Level (General Objective Index of Customer Service Quality, measured by Mystery Shopping technology was considerably increased from 71,5% in Dec 2012 up to 92,5% in Dec 2014)
6. Amway Russia was the only corporate Client, that was invited to participate at the professional forum of Mystery Shopping Providers, members of MSPA (European Mystery Shopping Providers Association) in May Y2014, where I made the presentation on Customer Service Standards Development & Implementation Project in Amway Russia
7. Development & Implementation of Customers Flow Differentiated Approach, Re-formatting of 8 BSCs into 100% Open Lay-out format + 5 BSCs into 100% Self-Service Format (most of these projects have been funded from internal efficiencies improvement => 71 FTEs positions, or 13% of BSCs approved staff schedule were reduced => from 537 FTEs down to 466 FTEs)
