- communication with suppliers (contracts prolongation, new suppliers search);
- fleet service (full fleet support from purchase of a vehicle to its sale - service, maintenance, insurance, fuel cards, auction, etc.);
- IT issues (phones purchase, computer equipment, communication with the service center in India on IT problems, delivery and installation server arrangement);
- occupational health and safety (training organization, fire safety, electrical safety, certification of workplaces, organization of medical examinations and first aid training;
- communication with the insurance company on the prolongation of the VHI,
- lunch passes purchase and their issuance in accordance with the corporate company policy;
- department head back-up, interviewing for the Manager of Personnel Questions position.
