• Put together development team, including backend developer, frontend developer, web designer and QA engineer
• Organized and managed development process based on Scrum methodology with two week sprints and monthly releases
• Preformed Product Owner and Analytic roles within development team including backlog prioritization and specification writing
• Tested several customer acquisition channels: context, display, PR, SMM, direct sales etc. including CPL and CPA calculation
• Managed HR, legal, accounting and other aspects of business operations
