Calculation, analysis and approving of budget for channels, cascading budget to the sales Department.

• BIS system of collecting and storing information about all company’s channels profitability - complete management reporting;
• recalculating the contract terms of all chains due to new law implementation and new conditions;
• lead the process of new schemes of accruals calculating while closing periods in on-trade channel;
• changing the scheme of closing documents (on-trade channel);
• implication in the negotiation process with customers together with the Sales Department.
Making the monthly analysis of P&L, preparing and explaining the results of profitability in modern trade and on-trade channels.
Estimating the business accruals, verification of documents, approval documents, contracts, etc.
Full communication with the Sales Department.
Help in calculating and approving the profitability of each contract (national and local - about 300 chains in KA channel).
Do a positive audit in the area of responsibility (internal and external).
Communication with the departments of logistics, trade marketing, BI (automation and information system) to discuss the situation in the sales and expenses fields of the company and the decision of the controversial and problematic issues, as well as participation in multifunctional teams and projects.
