My everyday duties consist of 3 main parts:

1) Order Processing in SAP

Close and accept orders in quantities, specifications, condition and delivery time agreed within the guidelines of sales and price policy and terms of payment.
Check-up and verify a specification with agreed specifications.
Ensure an adequate and right settlement of the orders and order processing.
Follow-up and monitor the status and progress of the order (production, delivery of products and invoicing).
Administration of credit/debit notes.

2) Keeping up good customer relationship

Actively build close working relationships with operational staff in new/existing client organisation as well as external sales, logistics and mill-related personnel.
On the basis of close day to day contact establish background information and pick up on opportunities; get involved in operational problems and convert to opportunities.
Follow-up existing orders.
Work with mill to manage delivery of the product to the customer.
Work with External Sales on all aspects of offer preparation, consistent with the Sappi sales methodology.
Produce feedback on customer history to facilitate customer visit of external sales staff.

3) Performing account management

Monitor customer related stocks and take appropriate action to keep stocks within the agreed limits.
Manage order flow in accordance to the credit limit.

Maintaining Medical Data System 'Medialog', carrying out administrative functions, communicating with foreign patients, sequential translation from/into English between a patient and a doctor, who speak different languages.
Registering and maintaining incoming/outgoing correspondence. Organizing, updating and maintaining medical archives and documents storage. Communicating with Russian and foreign insurance companies, payer companies, assistant companies on phone and e-mail.
Co-operation with clients from all over the world.
Also worked as a private teacher for non-English-speaking medical staff at the hospital.
