• To create effective organizational structure of the eCommerce Department, recruit and hire professional employees, revise job descriptions, develop individual motivational programs and organize monthly plans and objectives for the Department;
• Prepare and analyze reports (ROI, P&L statements, budget reports) to help make right managerial decisions;
• Develop and launch company's mono-brand online store, including all the relevant project's, which consists of logistics, call center, CRM, and financial flows;
• Develop schemes and establish cooperation between different departments within the company, rules for managing main business processes (order processing, refunds, etc.);
