Responsibilities & experience:
• Finance reporting to the parent company on a monthly basis. Annual budget planning and budget adjustment on a three-monthly basis. Transformation data from RAS with IFRS and US GAAP standards. Creating marring files in Excel with automatic calculation.
• Operational reports for management in the week-month-quarter form. Monthly analysis and explanation of incongruities (sales, COGS, ADM and M&S, other expenses, Cost-benefit analysis, Analyzing projects costs, Targets deviation, Balance, CAPEX, OPEX, GM, Tax work Books, Accruals to returned, Permanent and Temporary difference analysis, FX and other)
• Implementation Sales and GM forecast report for 18 months form and coordinating its completing by business units on a monthly basis. Implementation forecast forms for all departments for put together data and create realistic team forecast.
• Coordinating and control the Accounting Department at the stages of closings and base testing for the subsequent transformation, internal and external accounting and tax audit, SOX checks. (Deloitte, PWC, EY and other)
• Administrating and controlling procedures for monthly closing. All department implemented in process.
• Implementation additional statements for Group analysis in standard 1С program (Order Entry, Order Backlog, GM for Group, WIP with Business Units details).
• Implementing and adapting global group procedures and policy (including local policy during Startup).
• Local procedures including relation between departments.
• SOX procedures (evidence, manual and automatization procedures)
• Price calculation and report files/forms for project analysis IFRS and US GAAP allocation
• Transfer pricing and other issues of interaction within the Group
• Supervising the main activities of the company - Auditing, Legal, IT services, system info, banking, guarantees, insurance of responsibility of officials, civil liability.
• In 2008-2009 for Startup - implementation whole documents, HR, administration and accounting documentation (orders, acceptance certificates, local regulation and policy, Travel reports, Price calculation and other)
• In 2008 experience with accounting statement and other reports for Russian Rep office (was closed in 2009)
