- responsible for all Service and Parts activities (IVECO, DAF, FORD Trucks, FIAT Professional);
- developed of Aftersales strategy along with company business strategy and targets;
- implement new processes and documents flow for Service Station;
- developed of Aftersales standards, regulations for Iveco/ Ford Trucks/ Fiat Professional/ DAF;
- built a new professional Service Team;
- сreated and implemented a new motivation system for Service Team, including a new payment system;
- lead Service Team development to ensure high level of knowledge, competencies, and ensure permanent development;
- organized on regular basis internal trainings to improve the level of technical skills and quality of services to be provided to become a “Client oriented Service”;
- improved communication skills inside the Team and with Clients;
- built strong customer relationships that are managed professionally, effectively and timely.
- followed the competitors’ activities and proposed different ideas and solutions in order to adopt effective measures to increase competitiveness of the Company in the market;
- opened and organized 3 new Services for Ford Trucks, Daf and Fiat Professional in Jan 2014;
- responsible for signing all the contracts with Suppliers and Clients for both Service and Parts Departments;
- proposed new parts pricing policy in order to ensure competitiveness and business effectiveness;
- made an agreement with Manufacturer for special pricing depending on volumes and increased parts margin and company profit;
- prepared and agreed with management annual budget for Service and Parts;
- planned and kept under control the proper stock availability in the warehouse for all 4 brands;
- monitored the warehouse KPI’s-service level/ stock rotation/ BO’s situation/ lead time;
- implemented the new procedure of client claims processing for shipment anomalies.
Increased turnover first year +60%, second year +50%, 3rd year +32% and 4th year +15%. During the period of 4 years and in the same workshop, the turnover of the Service Station increased from 6 Mln Rur to 26 Mln Rur and working hours from 1000 to 5000. Due to these results, the company is building a new Service with total investment of 10 Mln Euro.
