Achievements: Created from “0” two trade houses of the company (in Moscow and Maikop), organized sales system. Put in systems of management, marketing, planning, budgeting, transport and storehouse purchasing systems; formed an efficient team of managers; increased sales from 180 to 1500 ton per month in a half a year period (including “entering” retail network market), put in to the market 2 new brands. Worked out and put in distribution retail system in the south of Russia (independently got resources through leasing schemes).
