- Strategic business planning in the context of procurement matrix, murk up, the forecast of sales plan. Formation of an operational plan for sales over the year, half-year (season), months. Drawing up a monthly payment schedule.
- Ensuring and monitoring of the budgets of departments and operating plan sales.
- Control the supply chain from the supplier to the warehouse, from the warehouse to the store, re-assortment, and diversion. Introduction of automated inventory systems.
- Search for new sites for stores and negotiating with landlords. Opening of new stores and maintaining existing stores at a high level.
- Interaction with its headquarters in the portfolio of brands available in all stores opening standards for optimal retail format. In collaboration with the owners and representatives of brands forming processes and procedures to retail using best practices: contractual agreements, standards of customer service, merchandising, shop windows, control of the service at the checkout and fitting room, retail operations, retail controls. Working with brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino Red, St. Mc. Cartney, Celyn b., Chloe, Diane von Furstenberg, Moschino, Love Moschino, ICEBERG, Ice Iceberg, FABI, Moncler, Giuseppe Zanotti, DSQUARED, Diesel, Fornarina, GAS, MET etc...
- Develop an action plan and activities aimed at implementing the sales plan. Developing staff incentives on sales based on key performance indicators (KPI).
- Guide employees subordinate departments and managers of shops, as well as implementation of their training programs. Conduct periodic evaluation of the Company's employees.
- Control of P&L.

- Opening of Italian Representative Office in Russia and Ukraine. Work organization, staff searching and training. Control of expenses and cost reduce due to work optimization. Work coordination between three offices of the Company, retail chain, dealers in five countries. Development of WAN in more than 49 cities, searching and analyzing new Brands and their evolution on the territory of Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Kazakhstan and Moldova. Work with such brands as GAS, Fornarina, Met, Rifle, North Sale, Diesel.Assistance to dealers in the opening of new Mono (12 MONO Brand shops in Russia) and Multi Brand shops (selection of location, collections, zoning, controlling of equipment production, POP materials, teaching the staff). Monthly check of stock level at own warehouse and in the dealers’ shops, non-stop selling of goods and making seasonal reorders. Organization and realization of weekly meetings inside the Company, analyzing work and Company forecast level. Shops maintenance at a decent level corresponding to Italian standards. Seasonal monitoring of all shops in the WAN, realizing presentations, advertisement campaigns and sponsorships, tendencies teaching, budgets planning. - Development of 6 Mono Brand shops in Moscow - 4 shops of Fornarina (we bought this Net in 2007 from Crocus Group), 1 shop of GAS brand and 1 shop of Rifle brand and their registration at my own name as Individual Entrepreneur.
Processing of rent contracts with all landlords, choosing computer programs, zoning trade area, searching for image zones, equipments. Full control of shops activity: staff searching, training, purchase of goods, logistics, forecast work out and daily control of sales, generation of retail prices according to the price from the supplier, quality of products, seasonal choose of products, competitiveness (monthly price monitoring of product groups from direct competitors); analysis based on the following reports - pay-off period, profitability of the shop, rescue per 1 sq.m., dynamic of sales, coefficient of sales (quantity of sales per one receipt), estimation of pass-through in the shop to all sales, stock level, planning of advertising campaigns with all key magazines and TV channels (MTV, STS), sponsorship of musical groups (Zveri, Paskal, Uma Turman); promotion actions and fashion shows in Trade Centers. Loyalty estimate of customers and permanent improvement of loyalty program. Holding competitions inside the store and inside the NET in order to increase the general sales as well as product groups and articles (single leftovers, non-hot sizes, colors etc). Holding competitions between all stores and inside each store to be the best seller, stylist, merchandiser. The result of the work of all shops is - 2007/2006 - +91%, 2008/2007 - + 20%.
At the end of the 2009 year the opening my two new projects in Moscow – PRONTO (ready goods on the warehouse in Moscow) and Outlet store.
