Responsibilities: strategic and operational management of commercial unit (RF) in sales, supply chain, logistics, inventory, service and support of clients and consumers.
Sales channels: traditional retail, distributors, regional retail chains, corporate KA, industrial clients. Accounts receivables management. Operational cost optimization.
- positive annual EBIT in 2015 versus negative in 2014;
- I stopped the decline in sales due to the crisis and developed in to pre-crisis level;
- gross profit increase in 2015 vs 2014 at 23% while reducing of total market value in industry by 30%;
