Key Accomplishments:
1. Commercial:
- positive annual EBIT in 2015 versus negative in 2014;
- I stopped the decline in sales due to the crisis and developed in to pre-crisis level;
- gross profit increase in 2015 vs 2014 at 23% while reducing of total market value in industry by 30%;
2. Restructuring of sales department structure and sales management system.
3. Operational costs were reduced in 2015 vs. 2014 by 20% (value).
4. Launch of purchasing department and purchasing management system.
5. Business development in chains: Leroy Merlin, Castorama and others.
6. Business development with regional retail chains.
7. Improving of financial reporting and budgeting system (as a team member).
