* Management and organization of the sales force.
* Achieve the business targets and goals set by Line Management.

* Provide management with the required reporting data in time. Data input from the European reports.
* Sales strategies developing and pricing policies. Coordination of sales project discount for major partners. Preparation of commercial offers.
* Negotiations with partners/global customers/end users.
* Work with logistics departments, tracking the timely placement of orders, timely shipments to the partners from Europe. Working with the availability of goods in warehouses in Europe and United States.
* Timely monitoring of the equipment delivery and installation.
* Product certification.
