PROJECT # 1: Launching the new market for Hyundai in Energy sector

Key target:
To develop distribution and start the sales in Russia and CIS markets of the power generating equipment (Diesel and Gas piston engines – brand HiMSEN);

Responsibilities:
a) Performing the market research in order to find the partners to cooperate, new projects, and appropriate bidding procedures to take participation;
b) Performing the discussions and presentations of company’s solutions to the new partners and the end clients;
c) Performing the competition analysis by gathering the market players’ information;
d) Performing the commercial and technical discussions with the partners and the end clients including the top management level;
e) Participation in the technical and commercial offers preparation;
f) Doing regular communication with ECA of Republic of Korea in order to design the most advantageous proposals for the partners and the end clients;

Achievements:
a) In April 2016 the Hyundai signed the first contract on supplying 3 sets of Gas Piston engines to the Russian client (12 MW Power Plant);
b) In September 2016 the Hyundai signed the second contract on supplying 5 sets of Diesel Engines to the Russian client (9 MW Power Plant);

PROJECT # 2: Launching the new market for Hyundai in Lubricant oil sector (Automobile and Industrial);

Key target:
To develop distribution in Russia and CIS markets of the brand new Lubricant oil produced by Hyundai;

Achievements:
a) The distribution network development strategy has been set up;
b) The partners for distribution network development were selected;
c) The monthly basis order plan has been set up for the partners and sales have been already kicked off;
d) In August 2016 Hyundai officially announced the start of the sales of Hyundai XTeer products in Russia.

Achievements:
a) In April 2013 the Hyundai signed a contract on supplying the 3 sets of reactors to Angarsk oil refinery;
b) In 2014 the Hyundai got a Letter of Award on construction a Petro chemical facility for Russian client (the final EPC contract signed in August 2016).
